Founded by Isa K., Mea Nutrition is a wellness coaching company that helps busy and burnt out professionals reclaim their vitality, focus, and energy by exploring the root causes of chronic stress, hormonal imbalance, depression, and anxiety.

We use our proprietary Mind-Body Nutrition Framework to coach you through a 3-6 month transformation so you can look good, feel young, and perform well. Our framework entails mind-body connection, medicinal nutrition, and detoxification.

Gut/Brain Lab Testing

We offer functional lab testing including comprehensive stool analysis to assess your gut health, and a blood/urine test to assess your nutritional status. These at-home tests are drop-shipped to your home for ease and efficiency.

  • We primarily use GI Effects and Metabolomix+ by Genova Diagnostics, but have access to a full library of tests including micronutrient, food sensitivity, DNA, and hormone testing.

  • All resources, educational materials, chat, invoices, forms, and scheduling tools are organized in a secure portal that can be accessed via a username and password. All calls are done either via zoom or phone. Calls will be linked to your calendar if you use gmail.

  • Yes. In this case, we encourage starting with the Introductory Case Review so we can review your intake form along with any previous labs that can be uploaded into a secure portal.
