I believe that mental clarity, emotional resilience, and vibrant energy are the foundation for living a purposeful and fulfilling life. But my journey to this realization was born from both personal hardship and a relentless pursuit of understanding.
As a Navy veteran, functional dietitian, and mental health advocate, I’ve walked the path from loss to leadership. After losing my brother to suicide and facing my own mental health struggles, I became driven to uncover the connection between our physical health and emotional well-being. This journey initially led me to explore the gut-brain axis, stress resilience, and how nutrition can shape our mood, focus, and sense of purpose.
Over time, my aperture has widened beyond just physical and mental resilience. I’ve come to see that true well-being also includes inner alignment, creativity, and living with personal purpose. This realization has deepened my commitment to helping others find not just physical vitality but also a deeper connection with themselves and their unique path.
Driven by this vision, I founded Mea Nutrition—a coaching practice dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals, veterans, and leaders optimize their mental and physical well-being. Through my Mind-Body Nutrition Framework, I guide clients to build sustainable habits that enhance mental clarity, focus, and resilience. Mea Nutrition was born from my desire to offer practical, science-based strategies that address the unique challenges of high-stress lifestyles.
As a speaker and advocate, I’ve also shared my message with hundreds of individuals, especially service members, through keynote presentations and fireside chats across the country. My talks are grounded in real-life experience, practical strategies, and a passion for guiding others toward mental wellness and personal empowerment. Whether speaking to military units, corporate teams, or high-achieving professionals, my mission is to inspire a deeper understanding of resilience, mental clarity, and the power of holistic well-being.
Today, I work with high-achievers, veterans, and organizations to optimize mental and physical well-being through a holistic, science-driven approach. My mission is to empower people to reconnect with their own energy and clarity, helping them thrive rather than just survive.
